Scuddle Bug

The Scuddle Bug is a 4" line-through soft swimbait shaped like a fleeing crawfish. It has lifelike details, a realistic swimming action and a built-in weedguard for working through heavy cover. It's 9/10 oz with a 3/0 hook, and it's made for wary, big bass in clear water. Each pack includes one bait.

On a line-through swimbait, your line runs through the body to a hook at the belly. When a fish bites, the body slides up the line and away from the hook, so the fish can't use the bait's weight as leverage to throw the hook. You land more of your bites, and the body lasts longer.

Swim it back with a slow, steady retrieve near the bottom so it looks like a crawfish scooting away, or hop it and let it glide back down. Run it along rocks, grass and wood. The built-in weedguard lets you work it through cover.

Delta Craw, Olive Craw, Boiled Crawfish and Green Pumpkin Blue match natural crawfish in clear water. Jelly Craw and Black Blue Craw give a stronger silhouette in stained water. Toxic Craw and Chartreuse Pearl add bright visibility in dirty water.
