Shipping Policy
- Our warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday.
- Orders that are placed before 2:00 pm CST on a business day will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.
Oversized Items
- Oversized items may ship separately from other items.
- Oversized items may have additional shipping charges depending on their size and method of shipping.
- Fishing Rods will always ship separately in a corrugated tube. Please keep your tube in case you need to make a return.
Fishing Rods
Due to the fact that our rods are large and fragile, they go through a manual scanning process to ensure they are handled with care. Unfortunately, this means they cannot go through conveyor belts like standard packages. As a result, there is less automation involved, and more human interaction is required to process these items. While this ensures the safety of your rod, it can also lead to slower transit times and occasional delays. Tracking information on rod shipments will update less frequently as the carriers scan packages less when they are not moved on the conveyor belt systems.
Shirt of the Month Shipping & Billing
- 1st Order Shipping Timeline:
- Placed between the 1st-15th of the month, shipped between the 15th-20th of the same month.
- Place between the 15th-31st of the month, shipped between the 1st-5th of the next month.
- Recurring Monthly Timeline:
- Billed on the 15th of each month.
- Shipped between the 15th-20th of each month.
Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Due to our fast shipping, our cancellation window is limited and we cannot guarantee an order can be canceled before shipping.
- Please contact us at help@googansquad.com to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancellation attempts.
Backordered/Out of Stock Items
- If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.
- If you are inadvertently able to order an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted, and a refund notification will be emailed that reflects the amount of your backordered item.
- To be notified when an out-of-stock item has been replenished, sign up for “Back in Stock” email notifications on the specific product page.
