We do offer exchanges and refunds. Our policy is within 45 days from fulfillment. If 45 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our great Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
