RETURNS
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date. Googan Squad will offer a return for a refund. We issue refunds to original method of payment. After 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date, a refund cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging. All fishing rod returns will be charged a $15 return processing fee.
What if I want to start a return?
- Returns are accepted for a refund.
- Please email us at help@googansquad.com with the order number associated with the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If a rod is broken during shipping or use, please email us at this link.
What if I would like to cancel order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production within 12 hour of purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with, and
- Your request.
Our great Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us and include
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING
How do we ship?
We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our system determines the best shipping carrier based on your zip code and the size of your package. It is optimized to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Track Your Order
You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped. Typically orders ship within 24 hours of receipt and are delivered within 5 business days after the order has been packed and shipped.
Can't find your order number?
1) Check your spam folder and other email accounts
2) Email us! Email us with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, order number). Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
You can track your package's progress more closely through the shipping provider which is most likely USPS for domestic.
Was your packaged marked as delivered, but can not find it in your mailbox or porch?
In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
I need to update my shipping address of my order
You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email us and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request and NEW shipping address.
Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you and let you know if it’s possible.
When will my order ship?
We are committed to shipping orderes within 24 hours of receiving them. If you order before 2pm, your order will ship same day. If you order after 2pm, your order will ship before 2pm the next day. We are closed on weekends. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary as we may experience delays due to high order volume. Thank you for your patience.
Expedited shipping does not accelerate the production process.
How much does shipping cost?
Each product has different shipping costs based on weight.
What if the address was wrong?
If an order has an invalid address and gets sent back to the warehouse, we will inform you that the order has been shipped back to use and we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping to get it to you again.
